The new Outlook 2007 have a feature that allows it to read RSS feeds. However, that feature does slow Outlook down. It is not possible to remove that feature, but the sync can be disabled. Here is how to disable Outlook’s RSS Sync:
1. Open Outlook 2007
2. Click the Tools menu
3. Click Options

When entering new services, I was having this error, and I couldn’t figure out why:
